Refund Policy
Is it possible to return or exchange an item?
We get that sometimes things don’t go as planned. However, because our products are custom-made just for you, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.
If you do need to cancel, just let us know within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll take care of it. Unfortunately, once your order is in the process of being fulfilled we can’t issue refunds.
My order has arrived, but it's not quite what I expected. What should I do next?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take some photos of the issue and reach out to us with the following details:

We’ll take a look at everything, and if we can, we’ll send you a replacement.
What do I do if I receive the wrong product?
Oops! If you’ve received something different from what you ordered, please get in touch with us within 14 days, and we’ll make sure to send you exactly what you ordered, no questions asked.
